CHEFS OF ATELIER TONY

‘’We are very excited to be part of this one-of-a-kind experience this year and we can’t wait for you to see what we have in store for you.’’

“We had the best time and both agreed that this is something everyone should experience in their lifetime.”

“Watching the ballet program while being fully encompassed by nature with the dunes and ocean in the background was breathtaking. It was amazing being fully immersed with the sounds of crickets and birds flying about while enjoying our courses. Truly, spectacular! This really was a feast for all the senses!”

Ballet by the Ocean takes place outdoors on a protected, private wetland. There are a few things you should consider bringing to ensure your safety and enjoyment of the experience.

  1. Beverage of your choice (alcohol or non-alcohol). There will be water available on-site.
  2. Sunscreen – it will get sunny and there are no trees on the wetland to provide shade. Sunhats are welcome. Alternatively, it may be windy. In this case, bring a jacket or wrap.
  3. It is also important to dress appropriately, while you are welcome to dress up, heels are not recommended. They are very difficult to walk in on the wetland property.

The menu for Ballet by the Ocean is created with local seasonal ingredients by our two Chefs and features authentic flavours of New Brunswick. Ingredients are gathered from our seashores, farms, woods, and local markets. In addition to our Chefs own foraging of the land we are proud to work with over seventeen local producers.
